I have battled with my weight my entire adult life

I used to restrict my intake to under 1200 calories a day and forced myself to hit the treadmill at least five times a week. By the summer of 2018, I was depressed and disgusted with my body. I felt terrible and had zero energy.

One day, while scrolling through social media, I saw a post from my coach about her six-week program. I decided to give it a try, and I've never looked back. I've gained so much more than just losing weight; I've developed a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. My body composition has changed, I’m stronger than ever, and I feel amazing. Hey, I'm Eve

If anyone knows the intricacies of balancing a busy family life, a career, and time for self-care, it's ME! I am a working mom, nurse, wife, and wellness coach.

My journey started in 2018 when I set out to lose unwanted weight and ended up healing relationships with food and exercise that I never knew were broken due to many years of yo-yo dieting.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and specialize in helping women win the insulin resistance battle. My mission now is to empower other women to embrace their journey towards becoming the healthiest, most fiercely unapologetic version of themselves. I believe in healing our relationships with food and exercise while prioritizing our wellness needs.

How do your programs differ from others on the market?

My programs are clinically proven that support fat loss using scientifically validated techniques. It uniquely pairs strategic nutrition paired with customized training for enhanced results.  The group coaching program incorporates methods like high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, intermittent fasting, elimination diets and an emphasis on recovery.

What foods will I eat in the program?

My nutrition plans focus on gluten-free and dairy-free whole foods optimized for nutrient density.  A vegan option is also available.  While enrolled in the program, we strongly encourage eliminating or limiting alcohol, and how to make smart food choices while incorporating occasional treats through coaching support.  Weekly meal guides and grocery lists are provided to facilitate planning.  Within our effective nutrition strategies, there’s freedom and flexibility so that you can truly enjoy your healthy lifestyle while seeing results!

What do I have to do to get the results I want?

The program is designed for flexibility in scheduling workouts and meals to fit your lifestyle, not as a rigid short-term diet.  Key components for success are committing to the lifestyle, connecting consistently with your coach and staying consistent in following the science backed nutrition and training strategies.

Eve has received a top-tier certification and has mastered the current scientific research underpinning the program. Eve will act as your expert guide, mentor and accountability partner throughout your fat loss journey. Her role encompasses assessing your needs, collaborating on customizing the program, providing ongoing camaraderie and support, sustained troubleshooting and feedback, as well as helping motivate and reset goals when needed. She is fully invested in you reaching your objectives. This personalized support system helps facilitate both the knowledge and mindset shift vital for long-term success. Eve has over 25 years experience as a registered nurse. She was in your shoes for many years and can related to your struggles. Eve recently obtained her certification in Advanced Macronutrient adjustment. 

What are the workouts like?

We offer new workouts daily, 365 days a year, that can be completed at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. Clients can use weights, kettlebells, bands or body resistance for strength training. Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week. Each workout also includes a pro trainer demonstrating a low impact or modified version of the exercise, making it possible for anyone to follow along and see results.

When we can effortlessly live a healthy lifestyle, we regain the confidence to chase the dreams we may have set aside in the chaos of careers, motherhood, finding our faith, and nurturing our marriages. I'm all about rekindling the versions we once had for our lives and saying "yes" to ourselves!
